Lazy Swan Golf and Country Club: Some of the old, elegant Georgian Style American country clubs served as examples for the design and planning of this building complex. Separate buildings for pro-shop, lockers, club-room restaurant, Pilates studio, bridal suite, barber shop, and the catering/restaurant building were designed along an entry drive with sidewalks, street lights, and porches to give a sense of “village” and to create a romantic stage set for weddings. Every attempt was made to give each of the buildings a significant view of the golf course. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2008.
