1950's Modern House: This house was built in the 1950s in the then popular Modern Style and needed major renovation. All the windows were replaced with insulated glass and a new roof was installed. In addition, a new heating/cooling system and new bathroom and kitchen fixtures were added. The house plan was reconfigured to meet the needs of the new owners: new front and rear entries, a new master bedroom and an outdoor shower complex were installed.
